CW’s Riverdale Casey Cott Stars in Musical “The Who’s Tommy” at the Kennedy Center

Casey Cott, who plays “Kevin Keller” in CW’s hit series Riverdale, will be performing at the Kennedy Center for the The Who’s Tommy production  April 24th-29th. The Who’s Tommy is based on the iconic 1969 album soon to be celebrating its 50th anniversary; it is an exhilarating story of hope, healing, and the human spirit. The five-time Tony Award®-winning musical tells the story of a pinball-playing, “deaf, dumb, and blind” boy who triumphs over his adversities. The 26-year-old Riverdale actor is set to play the lead role.

“Tony Award® winner Christian Borle (Peter and the StarcatcherSomething Rotten!) and Mandy Gonzalez (HamiltonIn the Heights) will co-star as Captain Walker and Mrs. Walker, respectively. The cast will also feature Manu Narayan (Merrily We Roll AlongMy Fair Lady) as Uncle Ernie, Kimberly Nichole, a fan favorite on season eight of NBC’s The Voice, as The Gypsy (“Acid Queen”), and Wesley Taylor (SpongeBob SquarePantsThe Addams Family) as Cousin Kevin. Additional casting to be announced.
