City of Fairfax Police have arrested an individual responsible for graphic threats sent across social media targeting Fairfax High School students, staff and police during the afternoon hours of February 21, 2018.

Warrants were obtained for Ishmael Harrison, for one count of threats to commit serious bodily harm to persons on school property and another for possession of child pornography.

Harrison voluntarily turned himself in where he was subsequently arrested and transported to the Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.

FAIRFAX CO. – A teen is wanted by police for making threats on social media towards Fairfax High School.

Police obtained warrants for 18-year-old Ishmael Harrison for threatening to harm people on school property and possession of child pornography.

Harrison is described as a black male, approximately 5’7″, 170 pounds, and having brown eyes and black hair. Police say Harrison is also known to operate a black 2002 Acura 2door, with Virginia license plate VYZ-8467.

Police say Harrison should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 703-385-7924.
