FAIRFAX CO. - Fairfax homicide detectives were able to confirm the identity of the body found in Woodlawn Park Friday as missing 16-year-old Jholie Moussa, during an autopsy at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. The autopsy results are pending. At this time, we believe this is an isolated incident.

The body was discovered this morning by police officers who were at Woodlawn Park conducting a search for Moussa. This was their second time searching the park based on investigative leads.  Since Moussa was reported missing January 13, police have been working tirelessly. Detectives have conducted numerous interviews and continue to pursue leads in this case.

Police are asking anyone who may have information regarding Moussa to contact them at 703-691-2131.  You may also contact the FBI Washington Field Office at 202-278-2000 or https://tips.fbi.gov. You can remain anonymous.
