STRANGER DANGER: Man asks to pet boy’s dog, says he has treats in car

LOUDOUN CO. – A suspicious man approached a juvenile boy in Ashburn, asked to pet his dog and told him he had treats in his car.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident they say happened Thursday in Ashburn at the intersection of Citation Drive and Hay Road.

The unknown man approached a boy in a black sedan. The driver asked the boy to pet his dog and then said he had treats in his vehicle.

Then the boy left the area.

Deputies say the driver is described as a White male with grey hair, unshaven and was wearing a black jacket.
