MONTGOMERY CO., Md. - The man accused of killing three people inside a Brookeville home killed himself as Montgomery County Police surrounded his home late Monday night.

Police say they responded to a home in the 22000 block of Brown Farm Way around 3:45 p.m. for a reported disturbance.

According to police, Christopher Snyder, 41, attacked six people inside a neighbor's home. One of the three people who escaped was Snyder's wife said police.

Montgomery County Police Department spokesman Paul Stark said negotiations with Snyder began around 8:30 p.m. Those negotiations lasted about two and half hours before Snyder ended his own life according to police.
