After our warm day today, temperatures will stay quite mild tonight into Friday morning. A cold front will bring some showers, mostly Friday morning, followed by cooler weather. Highs will be in the 60s, then fall through the 50s during Friday afternoon.
A storm will spread some precipitation into Virginia Saturday afternoon, reaching DC late in the day. It will be cold enough for snow or a wintry mix, especially west of DC. We may see the mix change over to rain in DC before the event ends Saturday night. Sunday will be dry with highs around 50.
