Authorities investigate string of vandalisms in Md. neighborhoods

ST. MARY’S CO. – Deputies from the St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Office say they are investigating a string of neighborhood vandalisms.

Numerous cases of vandalism to vehicles and homes were reported to deputies this week.

The crimes reported happened in the following neighborhoods:

  • Hickory Hills located in Great Mills
  • Town Creek located in Lexington Park
  • Laurel Glen located in California

Deputies say the suspects punctured tires and spray painted graffiti on vehicles and homes.

The estimated damages are $14,000.
