Missing Potomac teenager

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD, – Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department-Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Potomac teenager.

Herbert Christian Dallas Randall, 14, of Morning Ride Drive, was last seen by family at around 6:00 p.m. Wednesday evening when he left his home on foot.  Family and friends have not had contact with him since that time.

Randall is described as a white male, around 5’ 7” and weighs 120 pounds.  He has brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.

Police and family are concerned for Randall’s physical and emotional welfare.

Detectives are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Herbert Christian Dallas Randall to call the Montgomery County Police Department’s non-emergency number at 301-279-8000.
