FAIRFAX CO., –  The Fairfax County Police are asking for the help in identifying two carjacking suspects and finding a stolen BMW sedan. The incident happened last Friday night around 10:00 p.m. in the 5800 block of Oakview Gardens Drive near Bailey’s Crossroads. A 39-year-old man was standing by the trunk of his car while it was running when two men approached. One pulled out a gun and demanded the man’s keys. After learning the keys were already inside the car, the two suspects hopped in and left the area. The victim was not injured and the car has not been seen since.

The missing car is a burgundy 2006 BMW 750i with tinted windows and a sunroof. It had Virginia license plates VVC-7801, but it is possible that the license plates have been removed or replaced. No suspect description is available at this time.

Anyone with information about the carjacking or the whereabouts of the stolen car is asked to contact Fairfax County Police at 703-246-7800. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Solvers by visiting http://www.fairfaxcrimesolvers.org, or calling 1-866-411-TIPS. They can also be sent in via text by texting “TIP187” plus the message to CRIMES (274637).
