A Texas town has declared Spanish as its official language twice in its history and now it’s shifting more toward using both English and Spanish.

EL CENIZO, Texas (Border Report) — The worship service at Plenitud de Vida church is still held in Spanish, although the children of the original immigrant congregation are English-speakers.
