Man wanted for touching himself at Fairfax Co. bus stop

FAIRFAX CO. – Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who allegedly touched himself at a bus stop in Fairfax County.

Police say two school-aged girls told their School Resource Officer that they saw the man make lewd sexual gestures while touching himself underneath his pants in the area of Knollwood Drive and Lake Street on Tuesday around 6:45 a.m.

They described the man as a 50-year-old Black male, about 6’0″, thin build, wearing a dark brown shirt, brown pants and dark shoes. He was carrying three Target shopping bags, appeared disheveled and could be homeless.
