Va. teen faces charges for making threats to school while playing Fortnite


PRINCE WILLIAM CO. – A Prince William County teen is now facing charges after making threats to another gamer while playing the videogame, Fortnite.

Police say the 17-year-old boy threatened an act of violence at his opponent’s school in Connecticut.

Although investigators didn’t find the teen’s threat credible, he still could be charged as a minor

Due to his age, police have not released his name.
