MANASSAS, Va. – A man is behind bars after, police say, he rubbed grocery store produce on his butt and then placed it back on the shelf.

Officers responded to the Giant Food grocery store on Dumfries Road in Manassas on Saturday after a loss prevention employee reported seeing a man pick up the produce, pull down his pants, rub the produce on his butt, and place it back on the shelf.

Police say the store had to get rid of a large amount of produce after the incident.

Police identified the man as 27-year-old Michael Dwayne Johnson. He was arrested at the store and charged with destruction of property and indecent exposure.
