Herndon man arrested after exposing himself to children

FAIRFAX CO. – A Herndon man was arrested after police say, he exposed himself to children on two separate occasions.

On September 8, officers responded to the 12600 block of Builders Road after 28-year-old Allen Williams approached a 10-year-old child playing in his driveway. Police say he began talking to the child and the exposed himself.

A family member recognized Williams’ description from a social media post that police shared about a different exposure incident that happened September 5.

Williams was arrested and charged with taking indecent liberties with a child regarding the incident that happened September 8. Further charges are pending as detectives investigate.
