Concern for missing Bethesda woman

BETHESDA, MD – Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Bethesda woman.

Vanessa Mallory Kotz, 42, was last seen by family on Saturday around 10 a.m. She left her Battery Lane residence on foot to attend a scheduled doctor’s appointment. Police are atill trying to determine if she arrived at her appointment that day.

Mallory Kotz is described as a white female, 5’ 2” tall, and weighing 170 pounds. She has blonde hair, brown eyes, and wears glasses. She also has a tattoo on her left shoulder and a tattoo on her right wrist.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Vanessa Mallory Kotz is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (available 24-7).
