Concern for missing Montgomery County man

MONTGOMERY, CO. – Detectives from the Montgomery County Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 35-year-old male.

On Saturday around 3:00 p.m., Samly Keosiphansaeng, left his apartment that he shares with family members in the 8900 block of Piney Branch Road in Silver Spring.  Family has not heard from since he left.

Keosiphansaeng functions at an elementary school age level and has low verbal skills.  He is described as an Asian male, 5′ 7″ tall, and weighing 140 pounds.  He has brown hair and brown eyes.  At the time that he left he was wearing a dark blue t-shirt, dark blue shorts, and gold and black Nike basketball shoes.  He is known to frequent the area surrounding the 7-Eleven near University Boulevard and Piney Branch Road.

Police and family are concerned for the welfare of Samly and are asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to call the Montgomery County Police at 301-279-8000.
