PRINCE GEORGE’S CO. – Two men have been arrested in a fatal shooting that happened in May that killed one man and injured another in Oxon Hill.

On May 20, police say they responded to the 5600 block of Saint Barnabas Road for the report of a shooting.

Upon arrival, police say officers found 28-year-old Rodney Snowden suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital where he later died.

A second victim was also taken to a hospital for treatment.

Police arrested 21-year-old Kyree Williams, of Oxon Hill, and 22-year-old Marcus Heckstall, of District Heights.

The investigation shows the shooting stemmed from an argument between Williams and Snowden. They were acquaintances.

Both Williams and Heckstall are charged with first and second degree murder, police say.
