Body found in Potomac River

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A body was recovered from the Potomac River Wednesday morning.

Rescue officials say the body was found in the river north of Jacks Boathouse.

D.C. Fire and EMS recovered the body in coordination with D.C. Police.

At this time, officials have not identified the body.
