PRINCE WILLIAM CO. – An 18-year-old man was arrested and charged with three counts of rape Monday, police say.

Police say they responded to a residence in Manassas on Saturday to investigate a reported sexual assault.

The investigation showed that Gabriel Spencer, of Manassas, sexually assaulted a juvenile girl over the course of several years.

Police say the victim told a family member about the incidents and that family member contacted police.

Following the investigation, police say Spencer was arrested.

Spencer is charged with three counts of rape, three counts of forcible sodomy, and one count of object sexual penetration. He is being held without bond.
