Police investigate double stabbing that killed 1 man
WASHINGTON, D.C. – D.C. Police are investigating a double stabbing in which one man died and another was injured.
Officers were called to the 400 block of Eastern Avenue, Northeast on June 8 just after 11 p.m.
Upon arrival, police say officers found 41-year-old Jamaal Chase unconscious.
Chase was taken to a hospital where, officials say, he was pronounced dead after all life-saving efforts failed.
Police say another stabbing victim went to a hospital for non-life threatening wounds.
