LOUDOUN CO. – A Loudoun County school teacher was arrested Friday after, deputies say, she was drinking alcohol at school.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to Newton-Lee Elementary School in Ashburn for a medical emergency around 1 p.m. June 1.

That’s when officers found alcohol inside a classroom at the school, deputies say.

She was released from jail on a bond.
