UPDATE: Homicide investigation ongoing in Prince George’s County

PRINCE GEORGE’S CO., – Homicide Unit detectives with Prince George’s County are actively working to arrest the suspect or suspects who fatally shot a man and wounded another in Oxon Hill. The victim of the fatal shooting is 28-year-old Rodney Snowden.

On May 20th, around 7:30 p.m., patrol officers responded to the 5600 block of Saint Barnabas Road for the report of a shooting. Snowden was discovered outside suffering from gunshot wounds. He died later at a hospital. The second victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
