Arlington Co. police seek man behind nine indecent exposure cases

ARLINGTON CO., VA. -- Arlington County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and catching a man they believe is responsible for at least nine incidents of indecent exposure since January 26, 2018.

All of the incidents have happened between nine p.m. and midnight in the Radnor/Fort Myer Heights neighborhood. Police said the suspect approaches an unknown victim who is walking in the area and exposes himself.

The two most recent cases took place this past Sunday night. The first at 10:25 p.m. in the 1900 block of Clarendon Blvd. The second happened at 11:20 p.m. in the 1200 block of N. Meade St.

Police said the suspect is described as "a Hispanic male in his 20’s or 30’s, 5’8” to 5’10” tall with a medium build". In several cases, he was "reported to be wearing dark clothing with a hat or hood pulled tight around his face".
