MONTGOMERY CO. – A man and woman who were murdered in Burtonsville are believed to have had prior association with their shooter, police say.

Officials say the murders of 34-year-old Ashley Dickinson and 29-year-old Joshua Frazier were not random.

The bodies of Dickinson of Alexandria, Virginia and Frazier of Woodbridge, Virginia were found in a running car February 15, police say.

A resident walked by the car just before 10 p.m. and observed two bodies inside that appeared to be dead. Officials say the resident then called 911 and police responded. When police arrived, they confirmed the pair was dead.

Anyone with information regarding this double homicide is asked to call police at 240-773-5070.
