UPDATE: 14-year-old Arlington Co. boy located safely by police

ARLINGTON CO. – UPDATE: Shelton Canady has been located safely by police.


Original Post: Police need your help finding a missing 14-year-old boy last seen in Arlington County.

Shelton Canady was last seen leaving his home at the 3000 block of N. Pollard Street.

Police describe Canady as a white male with short blonde hair and blue eyes. He is about 5’4″ and weighs 110 pounds.

Police say Canady was last seen wearing black and yellow patterned pants and a black and blue hoodie. He was reported not to be wearing shoes when he left his home.

Canady is considered endangered and may be in need of medical services, according to Arlington County Police.
