Man shot near NE D.C. Metro station
WASHINGTON, D.C. – A man was shot near a Metro station in Northeast, D.C. Sunday, police say.
Police responded around 11 a.m. to the 900 block of Monroe Street near the Brookland-CUA Metro stop.
Police say the man was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, and he is conscious and breathing.
Authorities say there is a lookout for a Black male wearing all black clothing and a black ski mask.
