PRINCE GEORGE’S CO. – A Virginia man who pointed a gun at another driver in a road rage incident Friday has been identified by police.

Police say 41-year-old Uliyahu Hayah aimed a gun at a woman on I-95 North in Prince George’s County around 2 p.m.

Police were able to track his car down and conduct a traffic stop. While interviewing Hayah, police say they saw he was sitting on a handgun. Police say they also found two rifles, one which was an assault rifle, a shotgun, and ammunition in the car.
