Man rescued out of car after crashing into creek

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A man was rescued out of a car after running off the road and crashing into a creek, officials say.

The car ran off the road at P Street, Northwest, knocked through a barrier, and crashed into Rock Creek, according to D.C. Fire & EMS.

There was one man in the car who was safely removed by first responders. The man was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
