FAIRFAX CO. – The 17-year-old boy who was charged with the murder of Scott Fricker and Buckley Kuhn-Fricker had his detention via teleconference, police say.

Original post: A 17-year-old Lorton boy has been charged for the murder of a Reston husband and wife inside their home three days before Christmas.

The suspect was charged as a juvenile with two counts of murder after an investigation determined he shot and killed Scott Fricker and Buckley Kuhn-Fricker at the 2600 block of Black Fir Court the morning of December 22.

The suspect shot himself after murdering the couple and has remained in the hospital ever since. He is not being identified because of his age.
