FAIRFAX CO. – Detectives need your help finding a person of interest who unlawfully filmed a minor at a store in Fair Oaks Mall.

Police say the incident occurred last Sunday at Hollister Co. between 2 and 3 p.m. The 13-year-old girl heard a noise in the stall beside her and looked down to find a cell phone that appeared to be recording her while she changed in the fitting room.

The victim reported the incident to her mother who then notified Hollister Co. employees. Police say the store has been cooperating fully with the investigation.

Video footage was provided to us which shows a man inside the store around the time of the offense. Officers say this is someone who may have information regarding the case and they are not calling him a suspect at this time.
