Puppy stolen at gunpoint in D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. –  The Metropolitan Police Department is reporting that a puppy was stolen at gunpoint in Southeast D.C. on Tuesday evening.

Police say the incident happened in the 2500 block of Pomeroy Road, Southeast around 5:20 p.m. on Tuesday.  Police say the dog may have a white string tied around her neck.
