MONTGOMERY CO., Md. – The mother of two kids missing since 2014 has been indicted for their murder.

A source familiar with the investigation confirms to DCW50 that Catherine Hoggle was indicted on two counts of murder for her daughter, Sarah, and son, Jacob.

Hoggle is scheduled for a hearing in Circuit Court at 1:30 p.m.

In August, an attorney for Hoggle told a judge he filed a motion to have misdemeanor charges against her dismissed.

Those charges included misdemeanor child neglect, abduction and hindering law enforcement.

Hoggle, diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic, has been deemed unfit to stand trial several times. She remains in a psychiatric institution.
