Two killed in crash outside Fairmont Heights High

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — Outside Fairmont Heights High School, skid marks and damage to a tree remain as evidence of an overnight fatal accident that killed two, according to police.

The crash happened at 3:07 a.m. when a single vehicle crashed into a tree, killing the driver and passenger, who were pronounced dead at the scene.

Columbia Park Road was closed in both directions for several hours as police investigated the incident.
