WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Local Jamaican jazz and reggae band Eastern Standard Time jammed out at the District Wharf's Summer Sounds festival.
The band performed on the Potomac waterfront at the District Wharf marina, a location aiming to "reestablish D.C. as a waterfront city and destination". Find more info about their summer events here.
