FCPS teacher arrested on child pornography charge

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A middle school teacher in Fairfax will not be returning to work in the fall after he was arrested for child pornography possession.

Christopher Jordan, 24, is from Centreville and taught eighth grade English at Holmes Middle School. He was arrested on Thursday and charged with six counts of possessing child pornography.

The case is being actively investigated by Fairfax County Police’s Child Exploitation Unit. Anyone with information is being asked to call Detective Romanoff with the Major Crimes Division, at 703-246-7800.
