ARLINGTON, Va. – Thousands if not tens of thousands of families from across the DMV and beyond honored and remembered their loved ones who served at Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day.
Among the families visiting a grave stone was the Drury family from Alexandria. Their son Lt. Jr. Grade Patrick Drury died while training in Alabama in 2013.

Photojournalist Peter Alvey talked with the family and has more on the award Drury received after his death.
