Man accused of filming up dress of 10-year-old in Fairfax Wal-Mart

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A suspect is wanted in a case of “upskirting”, or filming up the dresses of a 36-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl at a Springfield Wal-Mart.

Police say the man used a recording device to illegally film up the dresses of both the woman and the child at a Wal-Mart located at 6000 Burke Commons Road, on May 14 around 11 a.m.

The suspect is described as white, in his 40s, approximately 6’0″ and 175 lbs. He was wearing a black polo-style shirt, black pants, dark shoes, and a black baseball cap with the Adidas logo. He left the parking lot in a silver or gray Honda Crosstour, or similar vehicle.
