WASHINGTON, D.C. — No Metro trains will be running between Foggy Bottom and Federal Triangle over Mother’s Day weekend due to Metro track work.

Farragut West, McPherson Square and the bottom platform at Metro Center are closed due to “scheduled rebuilding”. Due to SafeTrack Surge 14, Prince George’s Plaza to Greenbelt station is also closed through May 14.

There will be shuttle buses running to service those using the Blue, Orange and Silver lines. The upper platform at Metro Center will stay open.

For more details on current track work, visit WMATA’s website, where you can also find information about bus routes.
