WASHINGTON, D.C. — Police have announced the arrest of a man they say broke into a Northwest home in 2016, entering through the second story window.

In August of last year, police report the suspect entered the victim’s home via the window and stole property, then fled. On Thursday, they arrested Thomas Campbell, 35, of West Virginia.

The burglary occurred in the 4100 block of 46th Street, Northwest.
