Police identify victim in College Park homicide

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — Police have identified the victim in Sunday night’s fatal shooting in College Park, and say the man was shot in his apartment but that the homicide was not a random crime.

The victim is Rawle Farley, 36. He was shot in his apartment building in the 9600 block of Milestone Way. Police arrived shortly after 4 p.m. and pronounced dead on the scene.

Detectives are working to establish a motive and to identify the suspects.
