STAFFORD, VA —  A 37-year-old man is facing a slew of charges.

The Stafford Sheriff’s Office says Casey Irvin cut both passenger’s side tires of his ex-wife’s vehicle while she was shopping at a Walmart on Washington Square Plaza over the weekend.

Detectives say after cutting her tires, Irvin went inside the store and tried to take the children from her. Witness reported to police that during the struggle his ex-wife shouted to “call police.”

Irvin has been charged with disorderly conduct, vandalism and tampering with a vehicle. He’s being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
