PG Police arrest 4 suspects in death of Khalil Wiggins a.k.a. ‘Big Lyl’

PRINCE GEORGE’S CO., MD – Prince George’s PD have arrested and charged four suspects in the murder of Khalil Wiggins in December. The suspects are 22-year-old Michael Stevenson III of Southeast Washington, 22-year-old Quran Middleton-Bey of Cheltenham, 23-year-old Kierra Williams of Alexandria and 23-year-old Damond Foster of Alexandria.

On December 29th, at about 8:40 pm, patrol officers responded to the 3900 block of Byers Street for the report of a shooting. They found the victim inside of his home suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

Preliminarily, the motive appears to be robbery. The four suspects are charged with first and second degree murder. They have admitted their involvement in the homicide. They’re in custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.
