Police investigate multi-car crash in Loudoun County

LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. – The Virginia State Police are investigating a six vehicle crash that occurred in Loudoun County, Virginia on Tuesday morning.

According to police, the crash at the intersection of Lovettesville Road and Route 15. That chain reaction crash involved three sedans, one van, one cherry-picker truck, and a tractor trailer.

Police say that several people were transported to Cornwall Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

At this time, the cause of the crash is still under investigation. Officials say there are no further details available.
