Police arrest suspect in massage parlor attack

Prince William County, VA —  Members of the U.S. Marshalls’ Fugitive Task Force and officers from Prince William County arrested the suspect in a massage parlor attack.

Detectives said Clarence Olutayo Olowu was arrested Tuesday afternoon. Police said the suspect is wanted for an abduction and assault that happened at the ZY Massage on Dynasty Loop in Woodbridge.  Detectives said around 10 a.m. on December 4, the suspect walked in the massage parlor to use the bathroom, as he was heading out, police said the suspect asked the employee, a 44-year-old woman, for a hug which she rejected.  The suspect left but shortly after, police said, he returned and locked the door and kept her from leaving. According the police report, the suspect assaulted the victim, causing minor injuries. Eventually the victim, broke free and ran from the business.

Olowu is charged abduction and assault and battery.  The 32-year-old  is being held without bond.
