LOUOUN COUNTY, Va. — Police have arrested a previously registered sex offender who they say held two young girls under the age of 13 against their will and sexually assaulted them in a restaurant bathroom.

The assault took place in an Elevation Burger restaurant in One Loudoun. The suspect, Luis Ore, 20, followed the girls into the women’s bathroom around 8 p.m. and then trapped and assaulted them, according to police.

The exact ages of the girls have not been released, in order to protect their identities, but Ore is charged with two  counts of sexual assault of a person under the age of 13. He is also charged with abduction.

Police say Ore was already registered as a sex offender when this incident occurred, and he was taken into custody inside the restaurant where he works.
