MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. — Police have released a photo of a vehicle they believe was driven by the same person who burned a swastika and images of male genitals onto the Quince Orchard High School football field Oct. 13.

The school resource officer reviewed surveillance footage from before the hate-based vandalism occurred. He discovered a suspicious vehicle which was spotted entering and exiting the school parking lot around the time of the crime.

The car is described as a dark, mid-size four-door sedan. On the surveillance video, the driver’s side headlight seems to be brighter than the passenger side headlight which might indicate that the driver’s side headlight is misaligned.

The Montgomery County Police Department has been in contact with the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Washington and The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington about this incident.

Anyone with information about this vandalism and/or the suspect vehicle is asked to contact the 1st District Investigative Section at 240-773-6084.  For those who wish to remain anonymous, Crime Solvers of Montgomery County is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for any information that leads to the arrest of the suspect(s).  Tipsters can call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
