DC police arrest teen for child pornography distribution

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Police arrested a 19-year-old Woodbridge woman on Wednesday with charges of distributing child pornography, after a months-long investigation.

Pamela Wilson, 19,  has been charged with sending child pornography over text message and email to undercover detectives who were working a sting operation to catch the distributor of this content.

The Youth and Family Services division of the Metropolitan Police Department worked with the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force on this case. They have been investigating since late August of this year.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the police at 202-727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.
