MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — Three teenagers escaped the Alfred D. Noyes Children’s Center Sunday night, prompting police response.

Two of the boys were found by police within hours, unharmed in a field off Muddy Branch Rd. The third was found later, after police had given out a description of him to the local bus line and someone called in a tip that a shoeless boy matching that description had boarded a bus.

Authorities went to the address listed for the boy, found him, and took him back into custody.

The juveniles are 15, 15, and 17. Police set up a perimeter around the facility, and released a helicopter and K9 units to aid their search.

Montgomery County Police said that the good weather helped their search.
