Arlington County asks residents for input on Airbnb regulations

ARLINGTON, Va. — The Arlington County Board will hold a public hearing in December, on establishing standards for Airbnb and other short term rental arrangements.

The County Zoning staff has received many complaints about short-term rentals, as well as inquiries from residents who would like to host short-term rentals.

The Board will hold a public hearing and then vote on the issue at their Dec. 10 meeting.

Some issues that will be voted on include:
