The second person of interest, who served as a lookout

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A man was shot in the neck last Sunday after attempting to flee during an armed robbery.

The victim was accosted by the suspect in the unit block of T Street, at which point he tried to run away and was shot once. While the victim laid on the ground, the suspect took his wallet and cell phone.

The Metropolitan Police Department are looking for both the shooter, and a posted lookout who kept watch on behalf of the first suspect while the shooting took place.  They are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest.
